Brett P. Percle, is welcomed to the Clayton Law Firm as the newest member of our legal team. Brett was raised in New Orleans and graduated from Loyola College of Law with a Doctorate of Civil Law and a Certificate of Business, Law and Technology, where he obtained the highest grade in Torts 1.  While studying at Loyola, Brett was a member of the St. Thomas Moore Inn of Court and other law school organizations. Brett is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, from which he obtained a Bachelor of Criminal Justice degree. 

Before delving into the legal world, Brett won a Fourth Amendment jury trial as a plaintiff, which inspired him to pursue a career as an attorney. His own personal litigation experience instilled a compassionate approach to working with clients. Brett brings this compassion to the Clayton Law Firm, together with his drive, determination, and excellent research skills. He also is an advanced French speaker. 

Brett is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, and all state, local, and municipal courts of Louisiana.  He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Greater Slidell Bar Association.
